Advise and assist Vice President in meeting or exceeding the overall financial and strategic goals and objectives of the GFC Leasing division.
Supervise members of the Leasing Operations team to include hiring, firing, work prioritization, resource allocation, training, motivation, annual reviews and problem resolution.
Ensure that best practices are utilized by the leasing team as it relates to customer service. Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer questions. Develop and implement methods to measure customer satisfaction.
Establish and review departmental procedures and tasks. Ensure the most efficient processes are utilized within the department and constantly seek improvement. Make procedural decisions and judgments involving VP-Leasing and Contract Administration when necessary.
Review lease contract modifications proposed by customers. Discuss modifications with customers and suggest language that will work for both parties. Involve VP or external counsel as needed. Execute lease documents on behalf of GFC.
Develop and prepare regular reporting with analysis around activities of the leasing team.
Review reports pertaining to new leases booked and pending leases and discuss production goals with associates on a regular basis.
Ensures timely and accurate lease administration to include booking of new leases, lease invoicing, payment processing, lease termination letters, and equipment returns.
You should have:
Bachelor’s degree or comparable level of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
5-10 years of Leasing experience
Minimum of 5 years previous Supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of lease financing.
Strong ability to create and promote a teamwork environment in the department and throughout the organization.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
