This position is responsible for assisting the bank’s Compliance Officer, performing duties related to compliance with consumer protection, TILA, RESPA, Fair Lending, HMDA, Flood, and BSA regulations. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to; HMDA analysis/reporting, BSA reporting, review of bank practices and records for compliance with established internal policies, procedures and regulations.
